316L is a low-carbon stainless steel widely used across manufacturing. Possessing good strength and toughness paired with excellent corrosion resistance, 316L is commonly used for parts in marine environments, medical devices, and food and beverage processing. Markforged 316L will be available only on FX10 and is not yet purchasable.
